Very simple work. Tidying clothing racks, cleaning things off the floor, working the cash register, putting items away from the front counters.... Great basic retail experience for a young/new worker. Most of the management was upbeat and tried to get employees motivated.
Svantaggi
Low, low pay. Minimum wage... Repetitive work. Employees can be dramatic and catty as most young retail workers don't take their job seriously. Basically no opportunities for advancement. REALLY weak discount... 10% ?? C'mon TJ Maxx.
