The Customer Service Center at ThyssenKrupp Elevator in Frisco has made great strides to make it a pleasant place to work. In the past it wasn't that way, but they have made some very positive upper management changes. The direct managers appear to want to help you to succeed. The stress level is not the way it use to be. You actually hear people laughing and enjoy working.

It seems that most of the promotions to other departments are done from outside the company rather than inside. There has to be room to grow and advance or you become stagnant and in a rut where you feel that you are in a deadend situation.
