Nice aesthetic and good intentions with the brand.

I’d suggest staying away from this company for a number of reasons. Questionable business practices - Employees were kept in the dark, strung along, and blatantly avoided when questioning executive decisions - Pre-sales were often not disclosed to customers - pre-sales that were disclosed were consistently delayed and oversold - Product reviews less than four stars weren’t posted - negative comments on social media were deleted Unhealthy and dysfunctional culture: - lack of leadership resulted in frequent turnover and cases where employees felt wrongfully dismissed because they were unsupported - Practically nonexistent HR who is unaware of issues and stress is faced by employees - Managers did not discuss career growth opportunities, and made it difficult to get promotions/raises - Vacation allowance got significantly cut down for existing employees - CEO lashes out when they’ve had a bad day and singles folks out during all hands calls sometimes to the point of tears - CEO mis-sent a text message criticizing an employee directly to that employee - CEO’s dog defacated in the office on multiple occasions and growled at employees/candidates - Garbage and recycling was not taken our regularly, resulting in literal trash piles

- Startup style company culture -> sink or swim - Good people - Personal growth opportunity - Incredible products and creative ingenuity

- Disorganized, and lack of organizational structure do not make for lengthy careers here
