Run away - Recensione dipendente - Property Manager presso TLC Properties

Corporate Staff is very narcissistic. Only promotes if you are willing to suck up. Not connected with their employees. Go totally off feedback from their Property Managers about employees. Always moving around staff at properties. No training. No training whatsoever. They do not explain property issues or show specific examples of what needs to be improved. Very much not able to evaluate their employees fairly.
