Great company culture. I appreciate their giving back efforts to their communities. Started strong with a great team and had room for growth from staff therapist to manager.

Upper management had a big shift, which I think caused a lot of the issues that came after. Staffing is a big issue. The company was growing so rapidly that staffing couldn't catch up. High productivity and staff burnt out quickly.

No company is perfect as it is a business at the end of the day.
Would be great if PTO accrual continued to increase above 16 years and did not level off.
