      Quality training. One of the more organized companies out there. Pretty good family health benefits. Top of the line trucks/equipmment. Pretty flexible with how much or little you want to run at any given time.

      My main gripe is the pay seems to be on the lower end if your'e not training or locked in a good dedicated route.
