Weak benes They preach that it is inside pharma, but then force middle management to run teams like a call center? Total lack of empowerment for middle management Company over sells abilities to every client and then fails to deliver followed by excuses or using middle managers as scapegoats (and firing them) to extend contracts as long as the client lets themselves be led astray Horrible morale, at least 80% of the workers express dissatisfaction regularly Lack of trust by workers in upper management due to inconsistent promises, guidance and direction Customers (Physicians) usually act as if they are being pestered and do not respond well to the contact, maybe 5% act as if they appreciate the service Very tough position for reps, calling 100+ offices per day, every day. Must detail 3 targets per hour, 24 per day Pay is less than half of what outside pharma is paid for all positions.
