The people who worked at ground level were hard workers and good to work with. The direct management right above them, most were good as well.

Everything above direct management was a nightmare to work for. Their billing team does not pay people as well as gets combative with customers. Operations does not have the equipment or resources they need to succeed, despite management constantly spewing the lie that everything is fixed. They tried a new push where they went in really cheap to just get units on sites to try to save the business, but they have no comprehension that customers will not want to pay a cheap price for something and think there's something wrong if we are going that low. I heard that from ALL of my co-workers constantly that they were getting the same responses, but upper management does not want to hear it. I received 0 training while employed there, basically told to figure it out on my own. Despite that, I succeeded in my territory but when they brought in new management (Brad and Chuck aka Laurel and Hardy), I was swapped to an area that the last 4 sales reps were not able to turn around to be set up for failure. I also was not given health insurance with this company, was told by the head of HR that I had to wait an extended time, which I did then was told the time was wrong and "they can't make exceptions for you or else they would have to for everyone else." Miserable, demoralizing company to work for that cares 0 about their employees and only cares about what numbers they are providing to their German headquarters. Company happily lies to their customers, lies to their employees and does all of this while providing absolutely no support. They also run off of systems that the DMV uses, so tells you what century they are in as well.
