Tome is a horrible place to work and they pray on contract emplyees & unpaid interns. They do not pay vendors and demand for shipments and ruin all relationships. The response that Ramon the designer & cofounder gives if you ask him if we can pay a vendor is will we be using them in the future. If the answer is no then he doesn't pay them. Ramon tricks vendors into shipping product then forces them to accept payment plan on goods that they have produced & shipped. After the vendor accepts the payment planTome still misses scheduled payments.
