It feels very inclusive and has a good culture. - Easy parking - Company is in an industry doing good things for the world (resource recovery)

- I guess the money isn't anything to write him about (Waste Management Award), but the weekend penalty rates make up for that a bit. - How good the job probably relates to the Depot Supervisor. I've heard some can be a micro-managerial. My Depot Supervisor regularly talked at me like I was an idiot (even though we were similar in age and I was always respectful to him. It got frustrating and made me dislike the job at times).
