They practice absent governance, accountability and responsibility so you dont have to worry about any reprecussions of poor decisions you made or mistakes

They are constantly in a state of distress, every quarter. For example they just did a big restructure with a lot of people laid off- then as some people were recieivng their final pay slips they had the pleasure of finding out they were also sent the salary information of their coworkers - February 2024
