Good product conceptualization. Cutting edge technology. Stable funding from well-known player in the automotive sector.

Chaotic workplace. Many veterans are either leaving or are being terminated. Manifestedly discriminative policy against some targeted group of employees. Poor communication between teams which results in lot of redundancy in the software ecosystem. Fat layer of incompetent, unqualified people in the middle and top management. Many mid-level managers make whimsical decisions in terms of project management. Scene understanding team is headed by someone with no knowledge of scene understanding and zero leadership and management skill. There are loud-mouths in many teams who generally dominate team meetings. These loud-mouths mostly dictate design choices. Top management is practically clueless about ground level proceedings. Favoritism and nepotism are very much present in the system. HR is worthless and only exist as the mouthpiece of the management.
