We appreciate the honest feedback. Know your voice is being heard and we’re taking this seriously. It seems the work hours didn't match your needs, and we get it: this isn't for everyone. Driving the future of freight, operating with a lean team, and doing what most have never done before can be a lot. This is compounded by having a brand new facility, in a new location, with newly formed teams. It's the perfect combination of "pardon our dust" and "wow- that is a lot to accomplish." We're actively working to create the structure and policies that manage these challenges.
