As of my own perspectives it would be encourage to us to enhance a lot improvements into our knowledge, skills and gains experience in your BPO Company. This BPO Company is helped to us to get more learn and explore. A kind of this company is typically acknowledgeable and good to give a big opportunity to us. Regarding of the collaboration within a teams it give us to have a engagement and to get more responsibility. Especially this company is caring about clients improvements to acknowledge to improve of their skills.

As far as i know, this company i don't see anything issues or disadvantages in their clients. It's actually a big opportunity to us and regarding of the any sides comments from other site. They are literally exhausting at a time and transportations but some of them are reached out and encourage of their relevant reviews.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
