Consistent and reliable depending on the project you're on. Also, depends on the management team as well. Great as a temporary job and/or building experience but you are not valued as a team member. My best advice is to always create a paper trail with HR if you feel like you've been wronged by someone in management. Always create a case because if you do not and choose to just deal with it, HR will treat you like you never worked there.

Svantaggi

Wrongful Termination and poor efforts to advocate for long time employees like myself and many others. They also refuse to unionize despite meeting the criteria to do so.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
