The benefits are poor
You'll be SEVERELY underpaid. They started hiring at $10.50 an hour 8 years ago and have yet to increase the pay.
Management is a joke, they don't give a crap about you as a person, only about your stats.
Negative re-enforcement is used more than any other tactic.
You'll have to work nights and at least one weekend day with no exceptions, even if you are absolutely unable to.
You'll get screwed out of money.
No one above you cares, ESPECIALLY HR. I had an HR issue, went in to speak with our HR rep, was told she wasn't in. Spoke to my manager who called to HR and what do you know? She was in.
You'll have back to back calls your entire shift and if there's any amount of availability, they'll start sending people home early (it sounds awesome, but your paycheck will disagree with you).
You aren't allowed to have your phone out, which is fine, but they make you leave it in your car, so if there's an emergency and you need to get a hold of a family member, good luck.
They have a full time security guard that will pat you down for cell phones, pens and pencils, paper, and even Chapstick.
If you're sick, you have to call off for 6 days in a row AND have a doctor's excuse or you'll get 6 points, which can lead to termination. And, of course, there's no sick time, so that's 6 days worth of pay you're being forced to miss out on just so you don't get the points on your record. So either you come to work sick and get everyone else sick or you miss out on 6 days of pay.
