1.) Pay. TP pays the mimum it can get away with. Senior Advisor salary is less than 16k / year. 2) Shift patterns - there is no pattern so a work-life balance is almost impossible. 3.) "Career Opportunites arise not from business growth but by "churn", i.e. employees leaving. Career opportunites are often "backfill", i.e. no increase in wage & you can be returned to your previous role on a whim.
