Management have no clue what they're doing Shifts are shocking, no flexibility. Can never book holidays as there's no allowance. Constantly watched over Favouritism with certain managers, if your face fits you're promoted, if it doesnt you're threw to the bottom with no chance of progression. Salary is disgusting for the job you do. I literally would rather be on the dole than work here again it was that bad. Staff turnover is really high, once people have worked there for about 3 months they realise what its like and leave then the people that are left are pressured to do overtime because there are no staff to deal with the high volume of calls. Have no choice whether you want to work christmas day and when you do they offer you a nice dinner, it was a dry turkey and stuffing sandwich with no butter. The list goes on, worst place i've ever worked.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
