Hours not distributed fairly. Verbal promises not kept no promises in writing. Bonuses are ridiculously low and in most cases not given at all. Seasonal-work with promises of bonuses at the end didn’t happen because you didn’t stay on in a lower position after the season ends. My particular Supervisor would never follow through with request. And, nothing is documented. So if you were asked if you wanted to stay after the season with a lower hourly wage and undesirable position, you will have a record with the company as not-hirable and not giving a two week notice. This is a seasonal position with a start and end date. This is unheard of.
