Can move up pretty quickly if you can stay long enough.They DO NOT accept Dr. notes and you still get points if you are out sick. Which forces you to come in and make ones around you sick. Too much of a revolving door, people come and go and it is no wonder.Not treated well, you would think if a company had people doing their jobs and doing correctly, they would treat you with respect and show you some appreciation. Co worker around you are nice and willing to help. Supervisors seem nice, but can not say all are willing to help. Not sure why some even have the title.

After a while being there you see how it really is. Like the job hate the fact you are not respected or shown appreciation. No wonder people come and go and hiring all the time. Would be a great place if employees were treated like adults and not like kindergartners. I dreed going into work and that not good. You can go in with an up beat, good feeling with a mind set of this is going to be a good day and get shot down that ruins the whole day and worst thing is , it was not from a call you got. Vacation days they say you have when you get them may be good. But you can not use when need or want even if trying to use one for a Dr appointment!

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
