The management is pretty cut throat and overall the company has no support. I cried everyday going to this job. Though its work from home, it felt like a prison. The company is controlling in everyway. They make you share your screen with your "manager." The critics from this place never stop. It's all about money. Teleperformance is a 3rd party company hired by Apple. Though you do the exact same job as a traditional At Home Advisor for AppleCare, you are not Apple. So whenever you have to call off sick or miss a day from work the hire ups will literally scare you because for every agent not accounted for this company receives a citation from Apple. Like Apple this company is CORRUPT and Money hungry. Please don't trust anyone. Not even your supervisor. Is this job as a stepping stone to get you to where you need to go. It's okay for mother's or students. But there Is no future in this job!!!!

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
