Initially the company had all facilities but at later stage I realized that it was screen saver and not the reality. It was very colorful n great but my career was dumped here.

I was absorbed asasst manager and after 3M I was made to work as agent. My salary was downgraded as I was told that I was working as agent with designation of asst manager. Good I am out of this company as I was team lead earlier and then I was given offer letter with designation of asst manager butroles defined as that of agent. I had issue where I was joining based on this FnF letter. Also my 1M salary was deducted in FnF for no reason and HR was very arrogant. I had seen people losing their jobs as clients had left them n internally no policy was absorbtion was there n people were asked to leave with 1 day notice. I wud advise people to stay with their existing good companies than fall into trap

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
