Vantaggi
-Interview process was easy and it took a while to get hired (I was offered the job and my actual start date was about a month later) and to me that was a pro since I was going through some stuff in my personal life and had time to make accommodations. -Pay and benefits are amazing! I’m not sure what compensation looks like for other projects and in other cities, but for my area it’s very generous and competitive. -Management is super encouraging, friendly, organized, and understanding. I’ve worked at other call centers so from experience it can be very toxic and messy. -Work from home indefinitely, no webcams required -Consistent opportunities for growth and they hire internally -Zero customer interaction! -Not taking calls or having customers yelling down our ear, WFH, a laid-back project all for great pay? It’s a no brainer. :)
Svantaggi
Sometimes I miss socializing and making new friends with colleagues in person, but it actually shows that the company values our safety and ultimately I prefer WFH so it’s a small con lol.
