actually to be frank ..i thought its a such a good company...but after working a month only i came to know this is such a creepy company who not even pays us... after working...dat too work flow was too much pressure not even time to get for having food also...

this job was WFH..but training was good provided break..after work started...it was opposite...HR and MANAGERS will contact u nicely only for their needs..they use us nicely and pay also litte in this middle work load...due to work load my health got spoiled so i quit after 1 month by informing trainer in such a nice way..but i didnt get paid my salary rest all in my team got paid..those members also quit same day like me but dey got paid ..so i tried to contact all the staffs in this company nobody replied me if i call or msg also...m kindly telling ppl to not to join this company and get cheated like me...this company will squeeze us like anything...i was working sincerley without taking leave ...for dat i got lesson...

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
