This a cheap company with poor management. I don’t know how they do to stay at the best places to work if all the people I know hates this company. Wage is ridiculous for the amount of work they expect you to do. They push you with unrealistic goals and then you are punished for failing. They always promise with bonuses and they don’t pay! You need to ask for months in order to have it because when you ask the manager she doesn’t even reply or just says is on it but never happens. Management is passive aggressive and humiliates people in public. They try to control every single move of your day excessively and don’t care about you as an employee, life and work balance don’t exist as they tell you that there shouldn’t be anything else to you to do because you should be always available for them. Plus be careful because they are always firing people just because the high season ended and they do this during probation period so they hire you knowing they will fire you because they needed you just for a short season so it’s not a secure job. No one deserves to be in a place like this!

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
