I barely make a living wage, the senior staff have priority in the schedule draw so new employees are stuck with the worst shifts with barely a chance to change them even with extenuating circumstances, their software doesn't run well, and it is extremely normal to have multiple IT issues per quarter as an institution, yet their IT team is awful to work with. The IT reps either treat you like you've never seen a computer in your life or act like they have no idea what to do if a basic restart won't fix the issue. Equipment replacement takes a small eternity and is required every time I've received equipment because they will send obviously worn-out items that don't work properly. On top of all that the position is listed as work from home, but it wasn't mentioned that the position was temporarily work-from-home, and we could be called back into the office at any time, until offer letters were signed and training had started.
