Vantaggi

- Coworkers are friendly. - Living cost in bayan lepas is cheap.

Svantaggi

- Increment is really low and did not base on what you contribute at all. They did not discuss with you before renew contact. - The manager revenge if staff does not work for their own tasks. - Keep promoting for specific race despite their experience is zero and unfair for other staff. - If lay off happen, they just try to force you to resign so that they do not have to pay for lay-off period / compensation.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
