- Work schedule changes every 3 months based on companies needs - Metrics that do NOT reflect your performance will be used against you - Toxic work culture that calls you "family" while rejecting any feedback - Minimal PTO even after working for over one year, and accrues over the course of the year - Drastic changes like "everyone is technically part-time now," this is your new team leader, etc will be dropped on you without any warning - Opportunities to advance are severely limited past the first promotion to supervisor - Work schedule will be rearranged so that you get certain holidays off but you will be scheduled to work a day you normally wouldn't - That I could keep sharing several unique cons, but if you're stil considering it at this point, maybe you really just need that bag

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
