When I was a moderator, I started with an amazing group of colleagues that are willing to help and support each other. Pay-wise was great for some, and not for others (Depending on your previous basic pay). There were constant career growth opportunities but sometimes it is limited to 1 or 2 headcount per position, unless they were really expanding. If you’re willing to go extra miles and have been performing, it wouldn’t go unrecognised (depending on your project). The promotion salary was great. Annual increment was also received. Current team has been really supportive. Overall, it’s great.

Heard there was issues with salary for some projects, but I believe it depends on individuals and their superior. Did they do their timesheets correctly? Anyways, if you have any issues with your salary, reach out to the payroll team if your superiors are clueless bout it. When I had issues with my salary, I reached out to my manager, HR Helpdesk and lastly personal email to payroll team. The latter was the only one that paid attention to my issue.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
