Everything else! It was like working at a big high school. There were no requirements whatsoever for a person to get hired here so you can imagine what we had to work with. Even if a supervisor (who did the final interview) did not think a person should be hired, to meet "quota" the recruiting department would hire the person anyway. And training, ha! That was a joke as well. Even if a person failed the final test to make it to production, the trainer would pass them anyway so that they could meet their goals. There was constant changes which isn't so bad however no raises were given for the extra work added to your load. No time to do your job and actually coach your agents.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
