I can assure you this is not a great place to work.
Training was not in line with the job that is being done. 2 weeks of reading a PowerPoint and “tests” that had nothing to do with the work.
Training labs then helped to sort out what the work actually is - issue is, 1 coach and 30 students. People did not get enough time to understand work and tasks at hand, 11 months on - you can see some people struggle with the tasks at hand due to the awful training.
The work in it self should not be a minimum paid job. Dealing with complex needs and issues, no training at all dealing with this. Not right at all.
Teleperformance make you take out your legal holiday days and use them on national bank holidays. If they state you are given 25 days holiday, remember to take away all of the holidays in which all business are closed anyways e.g Christmas Day.
No paid breaks or lunch. No sick pay. Meetings after sick days to discuss the problem at hand. It’s ok Teleperformance people can get sick at times.
It feels like many people “passed” probation period just to keep staff incase of a low retention rate. There are people who are lacking basic skills that are needed for the job and this then falls to other staff members to help them out.
The staff complained about more work being given for the same pay. The CEO firmly stated there would be no pay increase.
Interesting.. don’t work here.
