Horrible and Lost - Recensione dipendente - Lay Up presso TPI Composites

There was no training of what to expect. Our group was thrown out on the floor without any prior knowledge. The two day classroom time did not explain of how to do anything. The employees acted like the "new" hires did not exist, did not invite the new people in on what they was doing. When the new person would attempt to do something the others would say no can't do that or what are you doing etc etc. The supervisors did not do their job right by initiating the new person into the job or even attempting to help them. It was like a complete maze in that place not sure of what to do when to do it. The supervisors and others screwed off all the time, sitting and or standing around talking to one another. There was guys sexually harrasing female employees while on the work floor.
