      Plenty of hours. Great support from leadership No experience really needed Great Training

      No incentives to be fast. If you finish early you will most likely have to rescue someone else. If you are too slow you will be rescued. Most people end up trying to go slow as possible to get more hours in. In order to go fast you need to cut corners in regards to safety and protocal.
