Absolutely appalling levels of bullying from senior management are fully tolerated and expected. Everyone knows who these people are, but nothing is ever done about it. Incredible delusion and unrealistic aims about the status of the business and what it can realistically achieve, leading to a series of desperate, and ultimately doomed, attempts to grow the business.
