Severe mismanagement and in-fighting have created a toxic atmosphere within the company where owners seem to look on staff and customers as enemies to be despised and distrusted. This is a company where staff are ordered to continually lie to customers to cover oversold projects, mis-management and shortfalls in staff. This is not somewhere to work if you are concerned with your professional reputation. Staff and customers are currently leaving where possible and the company is now relying on recruiting foreign staff as potential Irish staff are generally aware of the reputation and know to avoid this poison pill.
