TRUEdot is the kind of company that everyone wants to work for because from the outside it looks like we're always having fun. It's not an illusion, we are, but we also work - Hard. I've learned so much from each member of the team while I was there. Shelley is a great leader, very supportive and inspiring. The passion for strategic marketing shared amongst the team makes every team member work together towards one common goal: Get the job done beautifully and make clients happy! I would recommend TRUEdot to anyone who is a self-starter, has initiative, a positive attitude and is a team player. The offices are gorgeous with an open space concept and plenty of natural light. There's always music to set a fun vibe, various collaborative spaces and an espresso machine that makes delicious coffee.

You have to be able to work under pressure, within tight deadlines and some time with little direction. Some people thrive, some people can't handle the pressure.

- Open concept office was a lovely space but privacy and quiet was hard to come by - Despite being a fairly central, urban location, walkability wasn't great for everyday conveniences
