No career progression, even if there is an available role for a higher position, the company would rather hire someone else new from the job market than to have internal promotions, despite having decent years of experience with the company.
Management only have a business mindset, communicating to them with regards to technical related projects or requirements is like playing piano to a cow.
There is no sense of belonging in the company, you are just expected to work. There are various events like company dinner or team-building activities after office hours, however no exception is given to our team and at least one or two in our team will be left out for the events and be required to work instead. The feeling to watch your colleagues leaving the office to enjoy themselves, while you are still stuck in office sucks. If you would like to open a debate, in my current company we get to play sports with our colleagues for 2 hours in the morning during working hours and twice a week. Beat that.
