Management. Rude passengers. Disrespect. Phl says they have a no tolerance for violence and that’s a lie. I was hit with a chair by another coworker and no immidiate discipline took place. They even tried to blame it on me. More violence happened but I won’t go into further detail here. SOME management is lazy and racist. They’ll have you fired purely because they don’t like you. Honestly would be a wonderful place to work if the managers and above were more professional, not lazy and they stuck to what they preach. Like having no tile race for violence when there’s clearly tolerance for it.
