Good perks - you just have to do your own research to find them! fairly easy job for the pay. Teaches a lot about being safe, secure and proactive. Allows you to interact with a variety of people/customers and coworkers of different backgrounds.

Takes a long time(years) to get a good schedule (like weekends off). Difficult to get a holiday off or any vacation day in the summer for that matter. May take a while to convert from part-time to full-time. Of course the lax people make the hard workers work harder and management recognizes the hard workers- it just not on paper (reviews)!! Any mistakes you make is highly frowned upon!!
