A couple of positions are solidly open to only those people already in their regions. This has been in place for about five years. No option for transfer whereas transfers used to be available. You are dead ended when you take the position and it isn’t clearly stated. This hamstrings the teams as a whole. Accept it or leave? That’s archaic. How about grow or plan to fail?
