      The passengers for the most part are great, especially the regular business travelers. 401k (thrift savings) benefits are very good.

      Very inconsistent in interpretation of anything. Supervisors, managers and SOC support are never held accountable for anything. A lot of favoritism and negativity, makes for a very stressful and toxic work environment, even when you are not part of it. Supervisors and higher up change the rules to suit themselves not what is SOP, don't question anything, they will retaliate negatively.
