None I can think of

Having joined the company about 3 months back, I noticed that many of the senior management staff are always missing. Beside having coffee or taking long breaks, many times I noticed they were not in office at all. And when I checked the leave system, they didn’t even apply for any leaves. Having recruited so many employees within a short time frame, the company has lost its direction. Most of the people are basically not working. I saw one guy, a UX designer blatantly surfing the internet and watching movies during office hours. One old man from the legal team was sleeping in the pantry at 10am in the morning and snoring so loudly. People are taking long smoke and coffee breaks. No one bothers about anyone. There’s no discipline at all. The working hours starts from 8am but most of the people arrived after 8.30am. Even the CEO himself doesn’t practice punctuality. Most days he came to office after 9am onwards.
