Collectively, the entire country is trying to make health insurance better and we acknowledge there is a long way to go on that front. We try to benchmark our benefits each year against not only our geographic footprint, but also our industry. Having recently moved to the nations largest private health broker as our partner, that has provided us with invaluable tools to continually strive to ensure our benefits are top-notch and competitive. For some background, we have structured our benefit plan as a high deductible plan but with extremely low premiums. The thought around this is premiums come out every paycheck regardless of if an employee is sick. Deductibles are only incurred when there is a need. Just like car insurance, the higher the deductible, typically the lower the premium and vice-versa. We look forward to doing some surveying the latter half of 2016 and first half of 2017 as we prepare for our new benefit plan year.
