Vantaggi
Some technically capable individuals remain. That is about it.
Svantaggi
Leadership is disconnected, reactive, and lacks a clear, consistent strategy. Priorities change frequently with little explanation, creating confusion, rework, and chronic frustration across teams. Decisions are slow, overly political, and often reversed, which undermines confidence at all levels. The culture is heavily top-down, yet accountability is virtually non-existent at senior levels. When initiatives fail, responsibility is pushed downward rather than owned. Middle management is caught firefighting with no real authority, while senior leadership remains insulated from consequences. Performance management is weak and inconsistent. Advancement is driven more by visibility, internal politics, and personal alignment than by delivery or competence. High performers are overworked and taken for granted; underperformance is tolerated for years. Cross-functional collaboration is poor, silos are entrenched, and communication is opaque. Employee feedback is routinely ignored, despite being actively solicited. Morale is low, trust in leadership is minimal, and attrition of capable staff is a direct result.
