      There is so many- *Management care and want their employees to grow *The business is constantly improving the benefits *The work is fun and exciting! *Your voice is always heard *Your not "just a number" here *They are constantly improving benefits and commission *Their employees are praised for their hard work *You are not just part of a team you are part of a FAMILY *Their is opportunities to grow *Amazing locations *Amazing Snacks *Amazing People

      The only con is that I had to leave the company and the people. It was so wonderful to work here but unfortunately I took a complete different career path in a completely different sector. I would not have ever left the company other wise.

      Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
