Work from home and had huge cubicles and Starbucks in the cafeteria

After I was hired into the tax dept I learned the prior few senior tax analysts were with the company less than a year. When the team was hiring another shortly after me top management had insisted on interviewing candidates themself due to the turn over. I know this because the Management of tax would talk about the Top management in the tax team meetings. The week of our big federal return due date I was let go. The state of Colorado determined it was not with cause and I received unemployment money. I did not expect I was going to be fired and was caught very off guard. I had moved to CO from TN. I can’t speak for TTEC as a company only the tax Dept.

Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
