      This company builds great TALENT, They focus on internal growth before outsourcing. My 10 years and counting working experience can tell how they support their employees. Who can say that a former Department Store Security Personnel (Lady Guard) is now one of their Global WFM Managers. I have great leaders, who guide me on my aspiration to learn and grow. In which I would also like to be experience by my team and future teams to lead.

      I can't think of anything. There's no easy work, everything can be learned as long as you do have the spirit and will to do it. So for me, there's no cons working here, unless you don't want knowledge and growth.

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
