it's a remote position. the work in itself isn't hard. its customer service so it's tough but doable.

Schedule changes weekly after training, there's a lack of transparency between company and employees. I was hired and didn't what company i was going to be customer service for until Day 2 or 3 or training. They change your schedule and make you do mandatory hours without letting you know. You only get a 30 min break and two separate 15 min that does nothing. You cant have more than 16 hours off for 3 months so God forbid you fall ill and have to miss 3 days of work because you will loose your job. This isn't a job you get for advancement , just to pay the bills.

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
