Lowballing salary, has no respect for employee by disturbing after office hours/on leave, pay for one person but responsibility of three persons, not an ounce of professionalism, has to work more than 45 hours in a week (Mon to Sat 8:30AM to 5:30PM), no salary and position progression, and most importantly, no direction.
