Terrible agency - Recensione dipendente - Project Planner/Manager presso TUSP

This is my first job out of uni and it is an ideal first role. I am two months in and have already been given a great deal of responsibility. I am developing my professional skills every day, my role is within the Business Development Department so I get a fantastic mix of marketing, account management, and document control e.g. tendering.

I can't think of anything! Everyone is friendly, I have learned a lot and we all work as a team pushing the business forward. My commute is rather short and I am happy working with tusp, so I have nothing to complain about.

At tusp we can adapt quickly to changes and we constantly review our operating model to ensure we are able to respond to the needs of clients in a dynamic way. The team at Head Office truly support one another and our daily communication meetings ensure we put our resources where they are most needed.

Having to tender for work all the time and trying to get onto Supplier portals-it can be difficult to open doors in our industry, however the excellent reputation of our MD, Richard Smith , is an advantage in this respect.
